Saffron Palace Vietnam (PGH) delivers goods by Express delivery service to the address requested by customers nationwide.

Responsibility for goods transported

After we receive the full amount of payment from the customer for the product ordered, Saffron Palace Vietnam (PGH) will deliver the goods to the customer according to the following time:

• Within 24 hours in Hanoi inner city
• Orders placed before 11:30 pm will be delivered in the afternoon of the same day
• Orders after 11:30 will be delivered in the evening and the next morning.
• For customers in the suburbs of Hanoi, other Provinces/Cities, we will deliver the goods within 36 hours by Express Delivery (excluding holidays and weekends)

In addition to the above delivery methods, we will apply the policy of immediate delivery if there is a possibility or there are special agreements or requirements of the customer. However, in some objective cases, Saffron Palace Vietnam (PGH) may delay delivery compared to the committed time due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, machine flight delay, vehicle breakdown on the way of delivery, problems during shipment.

Delivery charges

• Orders over 3,000,000 VND: free delivery (except for big promotions).
• Orders under 3,000,000 VND: 30,000 VND fee applies to all areas.
