PAYMENT POLICY

There are 3 payment methods (regardless of geographical area): direct payment, payment on delivery (COD) and transfer payment

• Payment in cash
  Customers after completing procedures to buy products at the points of sale of Saffron Palace Vietnam, customers will pay in cash to the staff at the point of sale.

• COD payment (pay on receipt)
  Customers order via website and phone, Saffron Palace Vietnam's staff will contact to confirm the order, deploy delivery and receive cash at the customer's point of receipt.
• Payment by bank transfer before receiving goods
  The customer confirms the purchased product information by phone or email, then the customer transfers the exact amount to pay for the order according to the information below:

• Account holder name : Pham Hien Anh
• Account number : 0011 0044 08199
• Vietcombank - Hanoi Transaction Office Branch
• Transfer content: order name - phone number

After receiving the correct amount of payment for the order, the sales staff will call to notify the successful order and deliver the goods to the customer.
