Saffron rose pudding - classy dessert.
How to make saffron rose pudding:
4 cups unsweetened cold milk (948ml)
4 tbsp corn starch
¼ cup rose water, cooking grade, flavoring (60ml)
tsp saffron Palace

Use a spoon to mash the saffron . Warm the rose water at 70 degrees Celsius, then put the crushed saffron strands in and soak for about 10 minutes.
Pour the milk and sugar into the pot, stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Slowly pour the cornstarch into the mixture, stirring gently so that the starch dissolves into the milk. Switch to high heat and stir until the milk boils and thickens.

Pour the saffron rose water into the milk mixture. The milk will gradually turn yellow. Let the milk simmer over low heat for another 10-15 minutes. Note that the solution is continuously stirred during this time in a clockwise direction.
Remove the pot from the heat, scoop the saffron milk mixture into each jar or small glass.
Let these jars or cups cool completely, then cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the mixture to solidify.
