How to make saffron yogurt flan
240ml Greek yogurt
200ml pure fresh milk
30ml condensed milk
1 pinch of saffron

- Use mortar, stone pestle to grind saffron into powder and then mix with 3 tablespoons of warm water for about 10-15 minutes to have saffron that can be dissolved in water.
- Prepare the steamer. Fill with water approximately 8cm, bring to a boil.
- Pour Greek yogurt into a large bowl, use a whisk to gently beat the yogurt until soft and smooth. Add fresh milk and condensed milk, stir well to have a well-balanced milk mixture.
- Pour saffron water into the milk, gently stir until the mixture turns yellow.
