- 1 spoon olive oil soup
- 1 large purple onion or 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 large tomatoes or 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder

- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 pinch saffron (6 to 8 strands)

- Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
- Roast the cumin powder in a dry pan until fragrant, set aside.
