120g almond butter

1/2 cup dried dates (or raisins)
2 tbsp (tbsp) pistachios, minced
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C. Spread the sliced almonds and oats on the tray, put in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the almond butter into the pan or small pot, add honey (maple syrup), olive oil. Stir over low heat until the mixture is well combined. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool.
- Mix saffron with water, mix into the above mixture.
- Dried dates are cut into small pieces, put in a pot and mix well.
Pour the wet mixture into a large bowl. Add in oats and almonds one at a time, mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a square tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly. Sprinkle pistachios on top.
- Lower the oven temperature to 150 degrees Celsius. Put the seed tray in the oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the surface of the seeds turns golden brown.
- After the above time, take the tray out of the oven, let it cool before cutting it into small pieces, closing the bag and using it gradually.
You can flexibly change the nuts in the original recipe.
