- Pour sugar into the rest of the water, bring to a boil. Remember to cook while stirring so that the sugar does not clump.
- Pour in the lemon juice, lower the heat, and simmer until the sugar syrup is thick.
- Pour the dried rose parts soaked in syrup, stir well, gently for 5 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the stove. Cover a thin towel on the connecting cap, the towel has a quick moisture absorption effect, helping the jam to quickly shrink the face.

- Pour chopped walnuts into the jam. Put jam in jars, store in the refrigerator.
With dried rose jam, you can adjust the sweetness to your liking by varying the amount of sugar. In this recipe, absolutely do not replace yellow lemon with green lemon, because yellow lemon does not become bitter when put in hot water.
